See, as I live in this city, work just outside of the city and depend on public transportation, I kinda want DC to be weak and unable to handle a 1/2" of snow and a drizzle. If I lives somewhere I spent the majority of my life under 5 feet of snow (ie: St. Paul MN), then I'd ask our nations capital to "grow a pair" and fix it- rather than the "grumble grumble" we all heard...
